It is found through the news and the several surveys that the CEOs of the FDI enterprises claim the conflict of the industrial relation and they point out the such industrial relation condition is the largest obstacle against the attraction of the foreign capital.
This study empirically investigates the identification the claim of the CEOs of the FDI enterprises.
The results of the research are followings; The existence of the labor union itself and the strikes have negative impact on the profit rate and the business condition of the FDI enterprise. In addition, the skeptical view of the industrial relation makes negative impact on the extension of the investment of the FDI.
Therefore, the stable and flexible industrial relation is the necessary condition for the attraction of the foreign capital.
